Introduction
My name is Windsor Lindor and I founded Windsor Lindor Consulting with a simple conviction:
The quality of every organization, every relationship, and every enduring institution is ultimately determined by the quality of the people entrusted to lead it.
For more than two decades, my work has centered on helping executive leaders, governing boards, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and individuals strengthen the capacity required to navigate complexity with clarity, emotional intelligence, and purpose.
My work continues to evolve through executive advisory, governance consulting, leadership formation, Executive & Life Coaching, writing, research, lectures, podcasts, digital learning, books, executive journals, and future certification programs.
I believe leadership is not defined by authority.

Throughout my career, I have discovered that meaningful achievement rarely fails because of inadequate strategy.
More often, it falters when leadership outpaces personal growth, governance lacks clarity, or organizations lose sight of the values that once gave them purpose.
This insight shaped the philosophy that now guides my work.
Leadership begins with self-leadership.
